Eligibility:

Conditions are the same as prescribed by the UGC NET
(1) Candidates other than SC/ST category who have secured at least 55% marks (without grace) in Master's Degree are
eligible for the test. For SC/ST category candidates who have secured at least
50% marks (without grace) in Master's Degree are eligible for the test
(2) Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing in the Qualifying Master
Degree Examination may also apply for the

Syllabus:
The course subjects in SLET are the same as that of
the UGC NET. The syllabus is also available in the UGC website www.ugc.ac.in
